wants to make sure your wedding day is everything you’ve ever wanted… and more.
From grand receptions to intimate rehearsal dinners or bridal brunches, we offer elegant event spaces,
beautiful accommodations and exceptional food and beverages for weddings of every size.
The team of the Crowne Plaza Dayton takes great pride in delivering exceptional service in its planning.
We will assist and advise you on every detail. Your meal selections are virtually endless as we offer a
variety of choices in both buffet and sit down meals with a number of accompaniment selections, hors
d’oeuvres and other “extras”. We are willing to customize our packages to your taste and make your day
completely your own.

guests. When you have your wedding with us, the following

There are no set up or teardown fees for
Wedding Receptions. In the event extra cleaning
is required additional fees may be assessed.
All wedding packages include an open bar for
you and your guests. Anyone under 21 will not be
charged the full package rate. Children between
5 and 12 years of age are half price and those
under 5 are free. Please let us know if you will
require high chairs or booster seats for any of
your guests.
If you are allowing your vendors (Photographer,
DJ, etc.) to eat drink at your wedding reception,
please include them in your final headcount 72
hours prior to your wedding. All vendors will be
instructed to utilize our loading dock for set up.
Once your contract is signed you’ll be required to
place a $5.00 per person non-refundable deposit
that is applied to your final balance. Final
Balances are due with your final numbers 1 week
prior to your wedding date.
There are no additional fees for dietary
restrictions (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, etc). We
can accommodate everyone.
Banquet space to accommodate your wedding is
based on individual needs and food/beverage
minimums will range from $2500- $12,000.
Outside catering is allowed for religious and
ethnic reasons. Restrictions apply.

Package Modifications:
Every Wedding is unique. If you are interested in customizing one of our packages please contact our
Catering Manager and together we can create something that is just right for you and your needs.

Additional Hours to bar package - $5.00 per person/per hour;

Beer, Wine & Soda Only Bars subtract $3.00/person;

House Wine with Dinner Service $7.00/person;

Guests under 21; subtract $25.00/person
Outside Catering:
Our full service executive kitchen will provide all of your catering needs. Food & Beverage from outside
sources is not permitted unless there are guests who have specific religious or ethnic culinary
requirements. Check with our Catering Manager on the rental fees associated with these events.

Food & Beverage Minimums:
The banquet space to accommodate your wedding is based on individual needs. We have space
available to accommodate 20-500 guests. Food & Beverage minimums will range from $2500 - $12,000
depending upon the space needed for you and your guests. This is the minimum about you must
spend on food/beverage in order for the rental of the ballroom to be complimentary. Your full total will
be determined by the number of guests and the space required.
Parking & Transportation:
Complimentary self-parking in the Dayton Transportation Center Parking Garage is available. We are
connected via sky walk. Valet Parking & Shuttle services can be provided based on availability with
additional fees applied.
Set Up & Decorating:
Your group will be allowed access to the event space 2 hours prior to the function. The Crowne Plaza
Dayton works with your vendors to schedule their set up needs. For high detail functions please work
with your Catering Manager to discuss your specific needs.
Tasting:
Once a contract is signed, we will be delighted to set a time for a menu tasting. Expect this meeting to
be about 1-3 months in advance. You’ll taste up to 3 hors d’oeuvre options, 2 entrée options, 2 starch
options and 2 vegetable options. Please note carved meats are not offered for tastings. Limit 4 guests.
Group Blocks:
Discounted group blocks are available through our Sales Department. Room rates are subject to
availability and will release I month prior to the event.
