Re: Your choice of colours in the communal areas at Kemp House
Thank you to those residents who responded to the recent colour ballot for the choice of
communal colours at Kemp House. The results of the ballot and the next steps are set
out below.

Of the 30 responses received, there was a four way tie for the most popular choice. A
summary of the responses is below.

What happens next?
As the ballot was tied it will be run again with a choice of the four most popular colours.
Our contractor, Axis Europe, will enlarge the four colour choices in the main lobby area
on the ground floor of Kemp House. This will give you the opportunity to see what the
colours will look like when painted on the walls.
What do I need to do next?
Please complete the attached ballot form. You can return it in a number of ways:



By post in the pre-paid envelope provided.
Via telephone or email to me on 020 7245 2920 or [email protected].
In person to Axis, the contractor, who will be door knocking during the ballot period.
The deadline for returning your ballot form is Friday 19 May 2017.
What happens if I do not return a ballot form?
CityWest Homes will go with the option that receives the most votes from residents.
How will I know which option has been chosen?
The results of the ballot will be put in your lobby.
