WILLOWTREE RV RESORT RULES AND REGULATIONS Photographs: Entrance onto the property constitutes permission to WillowTree to photograph the guest or visitor while on premises and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without payment to guest or visitor. Entrance/Exit Gates: The gates are moving barrier arm gates and close daily. Once closed, a gate code is required to enter. All vehicles must exercise caution and stop before entering and exiting. Tailgating is not permitted. Check In/Registration: 1:00 pm check-in time for RV sites and 3:00 pm for cottages. Guests must register at the office before going to an RV Site or Cottage. Late arrival arrangements must be made with the office. Late arrivals with golf carts may not use the golf cart before registration. Violations are subject to loss of use privilege and fines. Check-Out/Departure: 12:00 noon is check-out time for RV sites and cottages. Amenity privileges end at 12:00 noon. Use of amenities after check-out time is prohibited. Late Check Out: Late check- out is not always an option and never offered on holiday weekends or before registration. When offered, fees apply and check out time is 5:00 p.m. The offer is limited to the availability of the same site only. Early Departure: WillowTree is not responsible for early departures necessitated by weather, illness, work schedules, personal emergencies or other situations affecting our guests. Fees are not refunded for early departure. Sites: We note requested sites and reserve by site type, but cannot guarantee specific sites when it prevents occupancy of other sites. After registering at the office, please occupy your site and do not move to another site without first checking with the office. Nightly Rates: Nightly rates are based on 4 guests, including children and one (1) vehicle. Additional fees apply to additional people and vehicles. Registration/Passes: It is the responsibility of the guest to provide correct information at registration. All guests, visitors, boats, and vehicles, including golf carts and motorcycles, must be registered at the office and obtain the appropriate pass. Wrist bands are required from the Wednesday before Memorial weekend thru and including Monday, Labor Day. Any vehicle without the required pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. Any guest without the required wrist band will be considered unregistered and in violation of the registration policy. Vehicles,& Parking: 1) The appropriate pass must be displayed. 2) Vehicles must be parked in a single row within the site’s paved parking area; no side by side parking. 3) No vehicle shall park in such a manner to obstruct the road. 4) No vehicle shall park on the grass. All other vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area. Any vehicle without the required pass, side by side parking, or obstructing the road or parking on the grass may be towed at the owner’s expense. Utility Trailer Parking: 1) All utility trailers must be parked within the site’s paved parking area. 2) No utility trailer shall park in such a manner to obstruct the road. 3) No utility trailer shall park on the grass. Additional parking is available in the designated parking area. Any utility trailer obstructing the road or parking on the grass may be towed at the owner’s expense. Site Capacity: One (1) RV per site. The number of people per site, including visitors, shall not exceed six (6) people. Any single family exceptions may be approved by management. Pets: Guests are responsible for the safety and liable for the actions of their pets. Aggressive animals and/or breeds are not permitted. Specifically, pit bulls or chows. Pets must be leashed at all times. Leash must not exceed 6’ in length while near other campsites, guests or buildings. Pets may not be left tied or crated outside unattended. Do not leave pets unattended for any reason. Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of properly. Pets are prohibited from cottages, buildings, pool area, lake swimming area or beach area. Certified service dogs are permitted. Personal Golf Carts: Electric carts only. The cart owner must be a registered guest staying in the park and the registration process completed. The appropriate pass must be displayed. Proof of current liability insurance with at least $50,000.00 liability, photo I.D., review and signing of cart policies required. Operator Restrictions: Operators must be 18 yrs old to operate the cart throughout the campground. Proof of valid driver’s license required. The registered owner of the cart is responsible for the safety and actions of the operator. The registered owner of the cart is responsible for any and all damage caused by the operator. Supervised operator policy is limited to the designated area. ****Golf cart violations are subject to loss of use privilege and fines. Violations and fines are provided in writing at cart registration and/or cart rental. Watercraft: Types of watercraft are limited and must not contain fuel. Kayaks, canoes and Jon boats (electric motor only) permitted. The watercraft owner must be a registered guest staying in the park and the registration process completed. Insurance declaration, photo I.D., review and signing of watercraft policies required. Watercraft must be secured. Campfires: Supervised campfires are permitted in site fire rings only. Do not use fire rings to burn trash or dispose of oil. Campfires are not permitted during hazardous conditions such as high wind and drought. Fire Wood: Pest infestation damages property. Firewood from sources other than our camp store must be approved by management. We reserve the right to remove unapproved firewood from sites. Guests are liable for any property damage as a result of outside firewood. Page 1 of 2 Tents, Rugs, Clotheslines, etc.: Tent camping is not permitted anywhere on property due to County regulations. Rugs or screen canopies on the lawn will smother and destroy the grass, thus not permitted. Nails in trees and clothes lines or lights strung in trees or shrubs are hazardous, thus not permitted. Tent camping is not permitted anywhere on property due to county regulations Trash: Do not leave trash out after 1pm or overnight. Trash must be bagged and set outside. Pick up begins at 10:00 am. Smoking: No smoking in buildings, including the bath house. Please do not throw butts in the grass or on the grounds. Butt receptacles are available near buildings and at the bath house. Fire rings are acceptable for butt disposal. RV Washing: Washing stations are available 7 days a week during office hours for a fee. On-site washing is limited to annual and seasonal sites only, washing by insured vendors only, and never on weekends. RV Repairs/Maintenance: WillowTree requires liability insurance on any vendor/sub-contractor before conducting any repair or service on property. The office must be notified before any vendor/subcontractor performs the service and a certificate of liability insurance provided. Guest assumes all risks and responsibility for any injury or damages as a result of uninsured performance of any repair or maintenance. Commercial Enterprises: Engaging in or soliciting business within the park is prohibited. Display of any “For Sale” signs on the grounds is prohibited. Display of a “For Sale” sign on your RV unit for the purpose of selling the RV is permitted. Quiet Time: Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Disturbing the peace in such a manner to prevent other campers from resting is not permitted. Turn on Lights: All bicycles and golf carts operated after dark must have lights turned on. Firearms: Firearms are not permitted. Fireworks: Discharging of fireworks or fire crackers prohibited. Children: Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children. Parents are responsible for any and all damage caused by their children. Swimming and spa use requires adult supervision of children. All signs must be obeyed. Lifeguards: THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AT THE SWIMMING POOL OR LAKE. NO CHILDREN SHOULD BE IN THE POOL, SPA OR IN THE LAKE WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. Pool: Hours are posted. No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck. Eating or drinking while inside the pool or spa is prohibited. All signs must be obeyed. Lake & Beach: Memorial weekend thru Labor Day seasonal swimming is permitted in the designated area. Hours are posted. No glass allowed on the beach. Eating or drinking while inside the lake is prohibited. PFDs are required in the slide area. All signs must be obeyed. Alcoholic Beverages: Display of alcoholic beverages is not permitted. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool, spa or lake. Fishing: No license required and fishing is catch and release. Liability: Camping has inherent risks associated with outside activities. WillowTree is not responsible for injuries or damage occurring as part of the inherent risks of any camping environment. Waiver and Release: WillowTree is privately owned. Guest accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby agree to indemnify and release WillowTree, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, guests or fellow campers of all liability for loss and/or damage to property and/or injury to his/her person and/or any person(s) staying or visiting on site, arising out of guest’s use of WillowTree camping facilities. By signing below, you acknowledge receipt of the rules & regulations and understand you are the responsible party for the safety and actions of your pets, children, guests and visitors, and their pets. Responsibility includes payment upon demand for the cost of any damage as a result of their actions. Furthermore, you agree to adhere to the rules & regulations, the posted signs, and any additional policies provided, and you accept the responsibility to explain the same to your family members, guests and visitors. Guests/Occupants are expected to behave in a reasonable manner so as not to cause annoyance to others. Any person creating a public disturbance deemed to be a threat to themselves or others, using profane or obscene languages, behaving drunk or disorderly, or displaying immoral or lewd behavior will not be tolerated.
