OPEN NIGHT

6.00pm – 8.15pm
Dear Parents,
Open Night is next Thursday 1st September from 6.00 – 8.15pm. As the evening starts so early we will
be selling Pies, Pizza, Sushi, Choc Tops, Muffins and drinks for “dinner” as I am aware that many
parents will be attending this event straight from work.
To make this happen we need volunteers to help our Good Food Shop Manager, Catriona McCraw in
the canteen throughout the evening. A program of events will be sent to families via the Skoolbag App
which will assist you in volunteering your time when your child’s class is not on ‘show’. Please
consider helping out even for a short while as this would make the task of selling the food much
quicker.
Please complete the form below if you are able to assist. It should be a great evening for the whole
community.
