First open CNUT application. Right click on network elements

First open CNUT application. Right click on network elements folder and choose add element.
Please take a time to have a look at this fields.

Big white box on bottom of window, where you put IP of element (Radio)

SNMP Community : must be same in CNUT and element under SNMP settings on the radio

Make sure you include your Laptop IP address in the Radios SNMP setting
Enter the IP address of your Laptop here and save it.
This is applicable only if you want to change telnet ID (Ideally use the Default setting)
By default you can see all fields marked here, (gray). Once you uncheck the box you will be able to edit
these fields.
Now you see you element and you need to refresh it to see if your password match.
So now you see element up and refreshed.
The SM was discovered under Subscriber modules. If you want to upgrade them you need to move
them under your network root.
Once you change IP please refresh network to be sure you can see .
SNMP Community, and include your Laptop in the Radio SNMP tab.
Refresh the network.
Select all networks, go to select the packages
Select the preview package, and navigate to the location where you have saved the software. Select the
same, once you see the software inside the box make sure the box in front of the software is checked.
While you are updating the software on the AP make sure the SM’s are also in the same
software version and if you are remotely updating the SM update the SM software first and
then update the AP
Refresh sometimes all network and update each packet doing the same process.
