How to add e-mail accounts
a.) First choose “Tools” > “Account”
(1) Open account set up
page
b.) Press “Add” in right hand side > “Mail”
(2) Add a new E-Mail page

c.) Input display name when sending mail then press next

e.) Set up incoming and outgoing mail server
user can choose receive mail method，user usually will choose “pop3”.
Click next after finish
* Difference POP3 and IMAP:
POP3 –system will download all mail from the server to a personal computer. Never leave
mail on server.
IMAP –Means all mail will be retained in the server, this will make the server overload the
original quota, leading to the problem can not receive email
(7) Choose server page
f.) Input setting of send and receive E-Mail
Incoming and outgoing mail is very important, the setting will make problem on send and
receive，user need to make sure the setting is correct or not, please check the setting before
use.
I.)Incoming mail POP3 server
Incoming mail pop3 server usually is “mail.domain” (domain like abc.com), we will send the
server address to client before user start using our mail service.
(if user forget information of mail server , user can contact management
contact us)

II.)Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
Outgoing mail server generally is using internet provider service, such as Hutchison or
navigator. If user can not send a mail, please contact the internet provider. If the internet
provider no problem, then recheck the outgoing mail server is correct, usually is
“smtp.provider name”(provider company name such as navigator.com),if user want to query
information, refer to the file “SMTP”for details or contact internet provider to check

(8) Input server information page
g.) Enter the account name and password (account name for personal email accounts),
click Next after finish.

h.) after user finish setting the “Internet Accounts” page will show account user just add, then
press close to back to main page.
