GUIDELINES & SUBMISSION
1. Email the completed form to the secretariat at [email protected] by the
closing deadline 9 June 2017. You will receive an acknowledgement email upon
submission.
2. Fill in the sections on page 3 of this document. Works should be based on Educational
Research projects. Submission should not exceed 300 words.
 State the purpose of the study.
 State the methods of data collection and analysis, and details of the study
population.
 Present result(s) obtained and not data.
 State conclusion(s) reached. It is not satisfactory to state, "The results will be
discussed".
3. Use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Kindly place special or unusual abbreviations
in brackets after the full word the first time it appears.
4. Use numerals to indicate numbers, except to begin sentences.
5. Use of tables, graphs and other types of images in abstracts is not permitted.
6. Authors must ensure that abstract matches category in which it is submitted. Failure to
do so will result in disqualification.
7. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
