Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Board of Directors of the City Club or a City
Club Working Committee. It will assist the Governance Committee if you will complete the
information below, and attach a vita, resume, or brief biography.
Board member responsibilities include:






Attend monthly board meetings
Financially support City Club with a personally significant contribution beyond membership
Help ensure City Club’s financial success, including securing at least 3 new members, at any
level, each year
Serve on at least one committee
Be an ambassador for City Club and attend events
Be a City Club member
Committee member responsibilities:



Attend committee meetings (monthly or quarterly, depending on committee)
Be a City Club member
Other responsibilities depending on committee. City Club has a very small staff, and depends
on board and committee members to execute a number of tasks, on an ongoing basis
throughout the year.
