How do I find my
statement online?
If you receive your statement online, or you want to view your statement online, there are a
few things you need to do first.

Go to our website
The first step is to go to our website firststatesuper.com.au and click the login button on the home page. If you’ve already
registered, enter your member number or user id followed by your password and click the Login button.

A first time user?
If you haven’t registered for online access to your account, you’ll need to do so before you access your statement. If you
already have access go to step 3.
As a first time user, click Register now on the bottom right-hand side of the login page and follow the instructions on
the Register / reset password page. We will send you a password to give you access, which can be sent to your email address
if we have it on file. Please contact us if you’re not sure if we have your current email address (otherwise your password will
be sent by post).

enter your member number
and password and copy the
code on the login page. You’ll
then have access to your
personal account details.

From the welcome page, you can
find your statement by clicking either
My history/Statements or the
Statements icon.
Click either My
history/Statements or
the Statements icon

View your statement
Select the statement period you
wish to view. You can download both
your statement and our newsletter
SuperNews, for each date.
