Governance Uganda Category: Lobbying and Advocacy Provision of Services Governance Membership strategy Leadership Development Female Future Program(FFP) • Objective of FUEWEC to promote women to top decisionmaking positions in the corporate world • To enhance capacity of young women to take up management positions • To provide a forum for women in management and leadership positions to interact and exchange ideas • Target Audience Female CEOs, Board Members, Middle Managers from Private and Public Companies, Female Banking Executives NGO managers, Human Resources managers, individuals in leadership positions & those aspiring to be Leaders.
