Mariner’s Cove Homeowners:
The definition of “earth tone colors” below is our community standard going forward as
of August 25, 2014 per the Homeowners Association Board of Directors. While this color
spectrum is the neighborhood-approved guideline, all property improvements still need
to be submitted to OMNI (see http://www.marinerscovewesterville.com for submission
details). Any deviation from this spectrum requires written Board approval.
While not displayed below, the colors of white and black are permitted in the community
as “earth tone colors.”
Any use of the color red that is different from what is listed below may not qualify as an
approved color.
