Call for case studies & learning models Tackling long-term unemployment amongst vulnerable groups As part of its work on Tackling long-term unemployment amongst vulnerable groups, the OECD LEED Programme will be commissioning case studies and learning models of innovative approaches in four key areas: AREA BASED APPROACHES TARGETED APPROACHES INNOVATIVE FINANCIAL TOOLS INTER-GENERATIONAL DISADVANTAGE AND HOW ITS MULTI-FACETED NATURE CAN BE EFFECTIVELY ADDRESSED Case studies and learning models may focus on one specific theme or multiple themes. Only strategies or approaches that have been in place for some time and have demonstrable results (through evaluation or other appropriate processes) will be considered. CASE STUDIES Case studies will provide a detailed outline and analysis, and involve some original research (such as interviews, collection of data, etc.). They should be between 20-30 pages and a fee of EUR 3 000 (three thousand) for each case study will be paid. LEARNING MODELS Learning Models will focus on a specific project or strategy and provide a short overview of the project/strategy and those factors which contributed to its success. They should be around 2-3 pages and a fee of EUR 500 (five hundred) for each learning model will be paid. Case studies and learning models should be written in English or French. Further guidelines as to what type of information should be included in case studies and learning models will be provided to successful applicants. *Fields with a star are mandatory 1.
