Janny Lu 盧曼菁

Ms. Lu is active in technology-driven investment in China. Janny Lu
serves as Chief Executive Officer for Ebinger Manufacturing (EMC).
EMC is the manufacturer and master distributor for full range of
industrial fasteners and construction related products. She is also
the CEO of Fasteners & Safety Produtcts, and partner of Jets Glove
Manufacturing, with 3 manufacture facilities in China.
Ms. Lu is also the President of Fuchi Textile North America, which is
part of Fuchi Textile Company (a manufacturer of all types of fabrics
and leather for automotive seating with manufacturing facilities in
Taiwan, China, Malaysia and Thailand). Ms. Lu is a recipient of the
Michigan Top 10 best businesswomen award in 2001 and also the
Presidential Award from President of Taiwan as Top 10 Outstanding
Entrepreneur in oversea for year of 2002. She also received Global
Business Award form NAWBO Detroit in 2012. She served as
President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce in 1999, current
advisory board for APACC and DCEA. Ms. Lu holds a M.S. in
International Business from Ohio State University.
Jan Huang 王皎華

Jan Huang is a Senior Vice President who has been with Merrill
Lynch since 1991. She holds a BS degree from Clemson University in
South Carolina, a MS degree from Rutgers in New Jersey, and an MA
degree from Central Michigan University. Jan specializes in the
development and implementation of wealth creation and
maintenance strategies, with regard to personal and business
assets. Her clients include national and international, small and
medium-sized businesses, business owners, as well as other
individuals concerned about retirement and wealth solutions in
today's economic environment.
As a Merrill Lynch Wealth Management Advisor, Jan also assists
clients in developing long-term financial strategies, guiding them in
choosing the proper asset allocation and diversification according to
their risk tolerance and investment objectives. Jan provides
customized, advice-driven solutions drawing on a vast array of
investments, cash management tools, and lending products to help
clients meet their financial goals. By gaining a thorough
understanding of the client's needs and objectives, she is able to
help them develop effective strategies that match their unique
values and circumstances, while helping them reach their goals and

Paul Lee 李維灝

Paul W. Lee is the President and CEO of Paul Lee Agency.
He has been very active in the Chinese-American
Community at the local and State levels. Paul has also served
as the President of Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce of the
Great Detroit as well as the President of the Chinese
Restaurant Association of Michigan. Because of his
dedication and strong involvement in the Chinese
Community, he has also been appointed as Commissioner by
the Ministry of the Overseas Chinese Affairs of the Republic
of China in Taiwan for six consecutive years. Paul has had
over 28 years insurance experience. Paul Lee Agency is
Michigan’s only independent, Chinese-American familyowned insurance provider, dedicated to serving families and
businesses to protect their auto, homes, investments, and
legacies. Mr. Lee holds a B.S. degree from Madonna
University in Michigan.
