mSCOA – Stress Test
LgPortal Stress Test
Participants were invited to submit datastrings.
• 53 files uploaded in two hours
• 27 files progressed from the portal to the LgDatabase after successful validation
• Response emails were sent out an reached municipalities within 5 minutes
• The platform was stable and the infrastructure capacity was sufficient
Errors:
• Upper Case Guids
• Mismatch of Financial periods
• Mismatch of file Types
• Mismatch of Demarcation Codes

Project Segment
The projects that require further breakdown must be reported
as follows:
Parent Guid_Municipal specific sequential project number
Eg. 63348e37-464e-4ac0-a13a-e577838ff961_00001
The sequential number has to be a five digit number

Important Data String Format Issues:
• No Headings allowed
• No Decimals allowed
• Guids: Lower case
• Period must include: ITY1 ITY2 TABB TM01 TM02 TM03
TM04 TM05 TM06 TM07 TM08 TM09 TM10 TM11

Verification of Transactions:
• No reporting allowed on levels lower than breakdown
required level for segments other than the project
segment.
• You are required to roll up to the breakdown required level
for these segments.
• If lower levels are submitted for any segment other that the
project segment – the file WILL BE REJECTED
