Payment Schedule
• Deposit of $250 per person for tours within Canada or
$500 per person for International tours due at time of
booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to travel
• Flights and some special events (performances,
workshops) may require an additional deposit
• A single payment form on behalf of the group is
requested

61 – 90 days before travel
$25 fee per person and 50% of total non-refundable
Less than 60 days before travel
100% non-refundable
Chaperones
• 1 free chaperone for every 10 paying
participants
(Airfare is covered if flights are booked through RVC)
