This questionnaire is intended to help the Tax Section work with you in ensuring that your
committee provides meaningful services to its membership and to the legal community. We
appreciate your time in responding to this questionnaire. Some questions may be answered with a
simple “yes”, “no”, or “not applicable” response. Other questions may ask for more information.

CLE PROGRAMS
Please briefly describe the type of CLE programs that your committee provides. (For example,
you may simply state that you have panel programs at Section meetings, that you sponsored a
CLE teleconference within the last year, etc.)
