2. Package Details
2.1. Exhibitor/ Conference passes
If you are sponsoring a 3 x 2 meters, 3 x 3 meters and 3 x 6 meters booth, the
following is included in your booth space:
 A Shell Scheme
 Uprights and cross-pieces in
grey painted aluminum,
standing height: 2.5 m high
 Melamine-coated infill
partition on a maximum of 3
sides available
 One double-sided aisle sign
per stand with 20 characters
50mm in high per side
 Each panel is 2.5m high x
1.00m wide
 1 IP address
 If you do not require the shell
scheme, please advise [email protected] by March 27
If you are sponsoring a 6 x meter or larger booth, the following is included in your
booth space:
 6 x 6 meter island booths do not include shell scheme.

3.2. Lead Retrieval
Key4Events will be this year's vendor for Lead Retrieval Scanners. Scanners are
€290 + VAT for the first scanner and €120 + VAT for each additional scanner. Click
here for more information about Key4Events and their scanners.
Key4Events has set up an online ordering system. Please click here to order your
badge scanners.
DEADLINES: Scanners should be ordered before May 27
3.3. Internet
As part of your booth package one complimentary IP address is included. Any
additional internet will need to be ordered. Please find the form here.
Please note:
In-booth WiFi networks are prohibited at this event. For additional internet, fixed
internet will need to be ordered using the above form.

5. Exhibitor Registration
As an Exhibitor or Sponsor of TM Forum Live 2015 complimentary passes may be
included in your package. For a comprehensive look at the passes included in your
package, please refer to your contract or contact [email protected].
Only the designated booth manager is authorized to register your staff and
clients. If you wish to change the name of your designated booth manager,
please contact [email protected].
Through the Exhibitor Registration System, one person will have the ability to
register all complimentary passes included in the package. Please ensure each
registrant has a valid, unique company email address. Please click Register Online
below to begin registering your passes.
Please note!
1. If you require additional passes over and above the allowance awarded to
your company with its booth package, you may purchase these passes during
the exhibitor registration process.
2. Should you wish to cancel one of your registrations, please
contact [email protected]. Once the registration is cancelled, you may go
back into exhibitor registration and enter a new registration.
6. Freight Forwarding
6.1.
Shipments to Pre-Show Warehouse
For all your International Freight Forwarder, Customs Broker and On-site handling
requirements, TM Forum recommends using the freight forwarder, OnSite/Mathez.
For more information from OnSite/Mathez, please review the
following Instructions and Tarrifs.
6.2.
Shipments to Show Site
If you do decide to ship directly to the Acropolis, the following must be done to
ensure packages are not refused:
1. Each package must bear the completed Shipping Label found on Page 5 of the
Exhibitor Guide.
2. Arrangements must be made for a forwarding agent/shipper to accept packages
on your behalf.

7. Frequently Asked Questions
What are the build height restrictions?
 All INLINE booths must keep their bordering walls to 2.5m
 Maximum height for Island Booths in Muses is 4m
 Maximum height for Island Booths in Agora 3 is 3m
Is there a business Center at the Acropolis?
There is no Business Center at the Acropolis. Fac Copies located about a kilometer
from the Acropolis can help you with your last minute printing needs.

Can I bring my own Food and Beverage to the Acropolis?
No, all food and beverage consumed on Acropolis premises must be purchased
through the Acropolis Catering department. The order form must be received 10
days prior to delivery in order to be processed.
Can I get a Visa to attend the event?
Yes! Many countries are required to obtain a visa prior to arrival in France. Please
contact your local High Commission website for details. If you require invitation
letters to support your applications, please send the following
