Ramos-Bonner MD, FACP, AGSF, CMD Network Medical Director Board-certified in internal and geriatric medicine Dr. Ramos-Bonner is a fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American Geriatric Society. She previously was the medical director of the LIFE program in Trenton, NJ, and a primary care physician and geriatrician with LifeCare Physicians of Bordentown (NJ) and the Sister Hyacintha Program for the Homebound. She completed a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia and has served on the faculty of the Internal Medicine residency program at St Francis Medical Center. Claudine H. Clarke, MD Board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine Dr. Clarke has more than 20 years of primary care experience, along with a depth of knowledge serving as a geriatrician. She has served as attending physician in the geriatrics division at Einstein Medical Center, and staff physician at several nursing homes and assisted living facilities in the Philadelphia area. Alan Berg, PhD, MD Board-certified in internal medicine Dr. Berg is the founder of Home Visit Doctors, a practice devoted to ethical high-quality primary medical care for homebound adults and seniors. He previously served as a clinical instructor in geriatrics at Temple University School of Medicine and he worked as a house physician at Rolling Hill Hospital and a staff internist for the Lomax Health System. He also served as a faculty member at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in the biochemistry and physiology departments, where he taught and conducted research on the biology of aging. Kenneth J. Landin, MD Board-certified in family medicine Dr. Landin is a fellow of the College of Family Practice of Canada and he previously he was an attending physician at Parkhouse Nursing Home, in Royersford, PA. He has also served as a full-time faculty physician at Montgomery Family Practice Residency Training Program, in Norristown, PA; a faculty physician at the Wyoming Valley Family Medicine Residency, in Scranton, PA; a family physician at Nanticoke and Mercy Hospitals, in Wilkes-Barre, PA; and a private practitioner in obstetrics in Nebraska and Canada. Meet The NewCourtland Primary Care Practice Vladimir Zagrebelsky, MD Bruce Kinosian, MD Board-certified in internal medicine and geriatric medicine Dr. Kinosian has had a variety of significant teaching and clinical responsibilities at the University of Pennsylvania (and affiliated hospitals), for which he currently serves as an Associate Professor of Medicine. His hospital and administrative appointments have included serving as Medical Director of Penn Care at Home and the UPenn LIFE Program, and of the hospital-based home care program of the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Zagrabelsky has conducted research in allergy and immunology as a fellow at the Ukrainian Academy of Medical Science and has authored or coordinated a number of studies in this field as well as in cardiology and heart disease for medical research in both Russia and the U.S. He completed an internal medicine residency and a geriatrics fellowship at Einstein Medical Center, in Philadelphia, PA. Ellen D. Doyle, CRNP, CS Ellen Doyle has worked as a nurse practitioner in a number of settings, including geriatric assessment. She has extensive experience as a clinical specialist and nurse practitioner across a variety of specialty and primary care areas. Ms. Doyle has years of experience across fields such as case management, in-home services for seniors, emergency care, and rehabilitation. Board-certified in internal medicine Cecile B. Miller, CRNP, CS, MSN Cecile Miller has served as a nurse practitioner in a number of settings, including hospice care and health risk assessment in the Medicare population with chronic diseases. She also has extensive experience as a nurse, research nurse, coordinator, and care manager in the cancer treatment field.
