SI ALUMNI FORUM – APPLICATION FORM 2016
This form should be used by SI alumni to apply for funding from the Swedish Institute (SI) to arrange
a SI Alumni Forum in your country of residence during 2016. Please read the instructions carefully
before completing the application form.
The application form with necessary enclosures must be completed, signed and sent back by e-mail to
[email protected] no later than 1 April 2016.
Important! Please include the reference number 01811/2016 in the subject line of the e-mail which
contains the application.
Remember that SI is a Swedish public agency, which means that any document received is open to and
can be requested by the general public.
