SAFETY AND COURTESY ARE OF PRIME IMPORTANCE in order that we all can enjoy
a fun, family atmosphere. Help keep alleyways free of clutter. If you are grooming or
tacking in the alley, please be willing to move your horse to accommodate traffic
using the alleyway. Please adhere to the rules which are in place with your ultimate

VOLUNTEERS: Please treat volunteers courteously. Without them, there would be no

SAFETY HEADGEAR: All exhibitors are urged to wear safety approved helmets when
participating in any of the show events and in the practice ring. The show committee
considers this mandatory in the case of youth exhibitors! Approved headgear meets
the required industry standards and displays the SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) seal

which specify alternate head gear (e.g. western hats or derbies). However, most
breeds and disciplines do allow protective headgear with no penalty and we urge you
to put safety ahead of tradition and adopt the new rule.

HIGH POINT COMPETITIONS
High Point Placing will be weighted according to the number of entries in each class. For
example: if there are 5 entries, 1st = 5 points, 2nd = 4 points, 3rd = 3 points, 4th = 2
points and 5th = 1 point. If there are only 2 entries, then 1st = 2 points and 2nd = 1 point.
