VEHICLE ACCESS AGREEMENT TO BERRY HEAD –NNR QUARRY
You must agree to all terms and conditions:
You must be a Disabled Blue Badge holder or have a TCCT disabled
permit verified by your doctor.
Activation of the Bollard: Approach the entrance/exit, traffic light red,
swipe card against the card reader. Traffic light will flash red to indicate
lowering of the bollard. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PASS THROUGH UNTIL THE
TRAFFIC LIGHT SHOWS GREEN












TCCT
You must park in the marked disabled parking bay in the
quarry area
Only use the vehicle registered to the card, the number plate
will be checked against the card. If, for any reason you need
to use another vehicle, you must let us know in advance.
Keep to the tarmac road at all times.
The speed limit on Berry Head is 10mph.
Take all litter and fishing equipment home with you.
This permit is only for use in cars and small vans. Camper vans
/ mobile homes are not allowed access on site.
When driving through the site please remember walkers have
right of way. Please act with courtesy to all site users.
Your vehicle must be road legal and it is your responsibility to
secure it on Berry Head. Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust
do NOT accept responsibility for any loss or damage to the
vehicle when it is on TCCT land.
Please take note of any signs or information displayed on
Berry Head NNR.
The management of Berry Head NNR is undertaken by Torbay
Coast & Countryside Trust. Please contact us if you have any
concerns or queries.
Please note: mobile phone reception on Berry Head is
variable.

If you breach any of these terms & conditions your card may be
cancelled. Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust retains the right to
cancel cards.
Payment to cover cost of cards and parking charges for Berry Head NNR.

One Week permit for visitors £15.00
