Packo Industry builds all parts of hygiene sensitive processes in stainless steel:
• Tanks: from simple basic tanks for transport and storage to processing tanks for heating, cooling, mixing and other
operations. Our technicians also build tanks completely tailored to your specific processes and available space.
• Piping: hygienically designed and installed for optimal cleaning and thus minimal risk of contamination.
• Cleaning system: fixed and mobile systems, designed with maximum attention to hygiene. They automatically clean
all parts of your processing line according to the principles of Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) and are themselves likewise
optimally cleanable.
• Pumps: selection and construction of stainless steel pumps tailored to the most diverse and complex applications.
• Control cabinet: from simple manual control to the most complex fully automatic Programmable Logical Controller
(PLC) system that communicates with your local systems.
We are also able to supply the processing line with specific customised installations, such as:
• Cooling: cooling your products using ice water systems or glycol.
• Pasteurisation unit: treats milk, fruit juices, liquid egg and other products against disease-causing bacteria and harmful
microorganisms, and does so in batches (small production quantities) or continuously (large production runs).

Audit
Every project starts with a site visit. That enables us to correctly estimate the space
and the possibilities. And where it is a case of adapting an existing system,
we can determine whether and where there are opportunities for improvement.
Engineering made to measure
Design and
construction
Based on the local situation and your specific requirements, we first work out a
process and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) and, if you wish, follow on with a
3D design. Together, we discuss these designs and make adjustments until all
expectations are met. Only after approval we start manufacturing.
Safety foremost
Installation
and testing
All processing installations are extensively tested - in our workshop and/or on site.
After the necessary approvals, we will also help you with the implementation.
Our personnel are Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) certified and thus ensure
a safe approach. We don’t leave until everything is working optimally.

After-sales

Even after implementation, you can count on us. Amongst other things for training
your staff, preventive maintenance and other services. This allows you to make the
