The first important of our society is good health for adults and the most important step to

good health can give us longer life and this is appearing in the statistic about life long for
American people. the important goal of health is not only increase total years of life but
also increase of range of healthy and this is range can be determine by calculate number of
years of life for which a person has a good quality of life as opposite to sick years or less
quality also from important national health goal is remove different of health level of life
people.
the dimensions of health include emotional-mental , intellectual, social spiritual and
physical and there is also environmental and vocational , so a health like a mirror reflects
how one feels in life and how he can work and also healthy is affected by all dimensions
because every dimension related to another and overlap all the other , and the internal
feeling is very important than the actual circumstance in affecting on health of the body so
to achieve wellness should be have good outlook to live and the disease or lose organ from
body like leg can be not affected to the health of the body if the man can arrange his live
with this circumstances.
There is many of factors influence the health of the man some are more controlled than
other and this factor are arranged by shaded color from less controlled ( e.g. age, heredity,
disability) to greater controlled(e.g. personal action, healthy lifestyle ,interaction
,cognitions, emotions).
Wellness
If you are asked to describe "wellness" what would you say? Would you focus on aspects
of physical health such as diet and exercise, or consider body, mind and spirit? Would you
relate wellness to younger people and consider older adults as "unwell" based primarily on
age?
The answers are not as simple as "yes" or "no" because more than just biology influences
overall well-being. Wellness as a state of health involves many dimensions that make up
the whole person. In addition to the six dimensions, some people believe environment and
financial are other wellness factors.

2. Intellectual - stimulating mind and mental capacity
3. Occupational - contributing, using skills/abilities
4. Physical - taking action to maintain health
