QUESTIONNAIRE ON THE DRAFT PROGRAM AND BUDGET FOR THE 2018/19 BIENNIUM I. BACKGROUND The present questionnaire is being issued to seek input from Member States for the preparation of the Program and Budget. Member States’ replies to the questionnaire will guide the International Bureau in the preparation of the draft Program and Budget for the 2018/19 biennium. The Program and Budget Committee will formally consider the draft document at its twenty-sixth session, which will take place from July 10 to 14, 2017, followed by a final consideration at its twenty-seventh session, which will take place from September 11 to 15, 2017. The Program Performance Report for the 2014/15 biennium (A/56/5) contains program performance considerations that will serve as valuable information for the preparation of the Program and Budget for the 2018/19 biennium. The Medium-Term Strategic Plan (MTSP) for the period 2016-2021 (A/56/10) and its addendum (A/56/10 ADD.), which was noted by Member States at the 56th Series of Meetings of the WIPO Assemblies, provides high level strategic guidance for the preparation of the Program and Budget for the 2018/19 biennium.
