All tables are filled on a first come, first served basis. Cheques must be received by
May 31st 2017. A receipt for your table(s) will be provided at the Leisure Show.
Wild West Daze Annual Home and Leisure Show
Guidelines
1. Table Fees are $25 for the first table and $10 for each additional table. This fee is
payable by May 31st, 2017 to reserve your spot. Cancellations are non-refundable.
2. The Leisure Show will run from 11am – 4:00pm on Saturday, June 17. Setup begins at
9:30am.
3. There will only be one application per company accepted, this is on a first come, first
served basis.
4. You must supply your own table coverings/cloths.
5. Electrical outlets are available; please specify on your application if you require one.
You are responsible for your own extension cords.
6. You may supply a door prize if you wish. These are to be drawn at your table at the end
of the afternoon.
7. We ask that your table be cleared and all garbage disposed of before your leave.
8. The show will be held at the Leader Community Centre at 402 – 1st Avenue West.

10. For your interest, the Home and Leisure Show is held in conjunction with the town’s
Wild West Daze Celebrations.
