On behalf of the South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SCSHP), I am writing
to solicit your interest in exhibiting with SCSHP for 2017. The fee for Fall Meeting exhibit
fee $750. Many other additional exhibit opportunities are available to all companies that
provide products and/or services to the healthcare industry.
The SCSHP Fall Meeting is scheduled for October 25 to 26, 2017 at the DoubleTree by
Hilton 2100 Bush River Road Columbia, SC 29210.
Exhibit times
 Reverse Exhibit: October 25, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 5:00pm
 Fall Expo: October 26, 2017 from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
The exhibit hall is located in a separate area than the continuing education programs.
SCSHP has also recruited key Directors of Pharmacy in South Carolina to participate in the
Reverse Exhibit. This option to participate is available to supporters in the Gold, Silver and
Bronze levels. Each Representative will have one on one time with EVERY Director of
Pharmacy participating. No waiting in lines. For a full fee schedule for this event and all

The SCSHP Fall Meeting draws over 200 participants. Attendees include key decisionmakers such as Directors of Pharmacy and Pharmacists from around the state.
