AQUALUZ TRÓIA REDUCES WATER CONSUMPTION
Aqualuz Suite Hotel Apartments continues to reduce the amount of water used
for irrigation, thus improving its environmental performance.
The reduction in the past years in water used for irrigation by the hotel - 69%
less accumulated since 2012 - results from tight monitoring, awareness raising
among staff, better operational control of the irrigation system, namely the
detection of leaks. In 2014, consumption fell by 53% as compared to the
previous year, and the amount of water saved was the equivalent to supplying
150 people for an entire year.
As water is such an important resource, we will continue to work to ensure its
sustainable management!
