•
New and improved autodrain, which will
fit all previous models
•
Higher operating pressure than previous
units
•
Can be used on all mediums
•
6mm / ¼ “ Push In Fitting to allow easy
drain away of the condensate
•
Lever actuated design provides improved
performance and durability*
•
Accessible Manual Override to comply
with UK Water Board Condensate
regulations
Technical Data

Operating Temperature: 1.5 C to 80 C
Automatic Drain Connection: 6mm / ¼” PIF
Drain Operation
Pressure to close drain: Greater than 0.3bar
Pressure to open drain: Less than 0.2bar

*Note : Drains should be used in the upright condition.
Norgren recommend using Norgren specified tube tolerances and minimum
bend radius where the condensate is piped away. This helps avoid blockage
of the downstream system. Also the sealing gasket must be correctly
assembled onto the autodrain unit before attaching to the bowl.

Warning
These products are intended for use in industrial compressed air systems only. Do not use these products where pressures and temperatures can exceed those listed under ‘Technical
Data’.
Before using these products with fluids other than those specified, for non-industrial applications, life-support systems, or other applications not within published specifications, consult
Norgren.
Through misuse, age, or malfunction, components used in fluid power systems can fail in various modes. The system designer is warned to consider the failure modes of all component
parts used in fluid power systems and to provide adequate safeguards to prevent personal injury or damage to equipment in event of such failure.
System designers must provide a warning to ends users in the system instruction manual if protection against a failure mode cannot be adequately provided.
System designers and end users are cautioned to review specific warnings found in instruction sheets packed and shipped with these products.
Water vapour will pass through these units and will condense into liquid if air temperature drops in the downstream system. Install an air dryer if water condensation could have a
detrimental effect on the application
