1 - Found the GP very informative with regards to treatment options. She was also very understanding and put me
completely at ease.

Finally, please add any other comments you would like to make about your GP practice:
1 - Our immediate family all work or have retired from the NHS and we feel Prescot Medical Centre is a well run
practice. We always found the GPs and nursing staff to be professional, very thorough and extremely kind. The
reception staff are very helpful and obliging, the emergency appointment system appears to work well. On site facilities
eg. Phlebotomy are most convenient. Overall we feel Prescot Medical Centre produces an excellent service.
2 - Have always received excellent care from all staff – communication is excellent we appreciate how busy things are.
3 – GP reception and staff generally excellent, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, caring.
