We always found the GPs and nursing staff to be professional, very thorough and extremely kind. The reception staff are very helpful and obliging, the emergency appointment system appears to work well. On site facilities eg. Phlebotomy are most convenient. Overall we feel Prescot Medical Centre produces an excellent service. 2 - Have always received excellent care from all staff – communication is excellent we appreciate how busy things are. 3 – GP reception and staff generally excellent, friendly, helpful, thoughtful, caring.
