Summer Classes:

 Math & Reading Tune-Up
All of our summer classes include active, hands-on learning. The students
all participate in outdoor or indoor games as well as regular class-time. Some of
our past classes included rocket building, “wet week” or fun with water, as well
as wood building challenges.
Pre-K 4’s: Kids participate in fun summer crafts, continue to experience and get used to
a school environment as well as learn new games, meet new friends, and learn from the
Word (Bible).
Jr. Kindergarten: Kids not quite meeting the age requirement for 2017
Kindergarten enrollment (Age 5 by 8/31/16) are encouraged to participate. They have the
opportunity to prepare or work towards early entrance into Kindergarten. This is also a
wonderful class for Kindergarten or Grade 1 students needing extra math or literacy help,
allowing them to be more prepared for the 2016-2017 school year.
Students also participate in crafts, summer games and learning from the Word.
Craft, Cook & Build Camp: (For students entering grades 1-6)
Enrichment Arts Camp, using God’s creation & creativity to learn how to build from what He
gives, cook from His fruits, and craft from the heart. Fun with wood, paint, and other
materials! Last year’s session included rocket building, water games, basket making, box
creations, garden growing & much more!
Reading & Math Tune-Up: (For students entering grades 2-8)
Families wanting to give their children extra support/practice in reading and math are
encouraged to sign up. Each child will be assessed on their current math/reading level. They
will then take part in lessons that helps each grow to the next level, preparing each child for
their upcoming school-year and beyond.


Please make sure students are picked up on time, as other events do take place at the
church, after school hours, and we would like to ensure they are given the time and
space they need, as well.

Registration & Fees
 All registrations must be received by May 31, 2016 with a non-refundable $50 holding
fee. This fee will help us with accurate student counts as well as allow us to purchase
any necessary supplies for summer classes.
 Summer Session Tuition must be paid in full by no later than the 1 st of every month
(June 9th for Summer Session #1). All families will be emailed on June 1, 2016 informing
you if classes have been filled (not cancelled).
**Minimum of 15 students per class must register for classes to take place.**
Summer rates will not be pro-rated based on attendance. In order to pay for
supplies and staff, classes must be paid in full. Classes must be filled by 5/31/16.

By registering my child for the Summer Session, I agree with Sulamita Christian School’s
Statement of Faith and agree to have my child taught under this foundation. I agree to make
payment in full, before the first day of Summer Session, as well as agree to pick my child up at
the dismissal time (no later than 10 minutes late). If I choose to unenroll my child in the
Summer Session, I realize I must do so by no later than May 31, 2016 or I will owe for the cost
of the Summer Session. I also understand the $50 holding fee is non-refundable and will not
be returned should I choose to unenroll my child from his/her Summer Session.

Physical Activity Consent:
I understand that my child may be physically active while taking part in the Summer Ministry Summer Session and
give my consent to allow my child to take part. I understand that Sulamita Christian School will take necessary
precautions when teaching my child Sports Ministry, but also agree that there are physical risks associated with
sports that may be out of the control of the school. I give my consent to allow my child to take part in these risks
without placing blame on the school and will make sure my child is prepared with all necessities when he/she
attends the Sports Ministry, to include proper clothing (tennis shoes, shorts/pants/sweats) snacks, and a full water
bottle. My child has also been medically cleared to take part in sports activities.
