HOW TO PARTICIPATE
First identify what energy improvements are right for you. If you are not sure where to
begin, find a participating Trade Ally through the “Locate a Contractor” option on the
Georgia Power Commercial Energy Efficiency Program website. You can also request a
free Georgia Power energy audit at www.georgiapower.com/business/programs-andservices/energy-audit.cshtml.
For lighting, heating and cooling, reflective roofing, food service/grocery and water
heating equipment, apply up to 90 days after installation of your new equipment.
For Custom Savings applications, an online application with all required documents
must be submitted before equipment is purchased in order to initiate the
pre-approval process.
Visit www.georgiapowerrebates.com/commercial to register and complete the online
application. Be sure to include these supporting documents:
• Manufacturers’ spec sheet
• Signed W9
• Itemized invoice
• Georgia Power bill or account number
Applications must be submitted 90 days from completion date. You will have another
30 days to submit all required documents.
