John 6:1-21
INTRODUCTION:
1. JESUS FULLY SATISFIES US!
1 Thessalonians 2:13 . . . the word of God, which
also
performs its work in you who believe.
Proverbs 4:18 But the path of the righteous is like
the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter.
vs. 11-12 When they were filled . . .
2. JESUS MULTIPLIES OUR FIVE LOAVES AND TWO FISH!
Psalm 145:15-16 You open Your hand and satisfy the
desire of every living thing.
vs. 8-11 Jesus then took the loaves, and having given
thanks,
He distributed to those who were seated.
Psalm 107:9 For He has satisfied the thirsty soul.
3. JESUS IS MIRACULOUSLY CARING FOR US!
Proverbs 8:19-21 I walk in the way of righteousness .
. . that
I may fill their treasuries.
vs. 16-18 The sea began to be stirred up because a
strong
wind was blowing.
vs. 19-20 They saw Jesus walking on the sea.
Psalm 94:19 When my anxious thoughts multiply
within me, Your consolations delight my soul.
vs. 21 Immediately the boat was at the land.
Isaiah 55:11 So will My word be which goes forth
from My mouth.
