The Simple Solution for Tab and
Bevel Style Conveyor Chains!
ValuTrac™ straight and corner modules are designed
to guide side flexing steel and plastic conveyor
chains. ValuTrac has proven to be a cost effective
improvement over fabricated straight and corner
wear strips. ValuTrac is manufactured with state of
the art computer controlled machinery, assuring parallel
module sides and a smooth uniform chain guiding surface. When it is
necessary to modify or replace a guideway, ValuTrac's modular design
will make the job easier. ValuTrac's quality and consistency assure
conveyor chain guiding that is reliable and long lasting.
Selection of Materials
Our standard series ValuTrac is precision machined from
Nolu-BR, a black, proprietary blend of UHMW resins, or
Nolu-S, a grey, self lubricating UHMW blend. These materials
maintain excellent chemical and corrosion resistance, while
providing low friction, superior rigidity, and resistance to wear.
ValuTrac is also available in Nolu-SR for applications
requiring greater wear resistance, surface
hardness, and lubricity due to adverse
environmental conditions.
Cost Savings
The modular design of ValuTrac™ significantly reduces fabrication
time. Fewer parts require fewer fasteners, fewer connections and
fewer supports. The result is an overall time and cost savings.
