Knowledge assessed: This assessment will measure the students’ knowledge of
locomotor movements through visuals.
Lesson type: During this lesson I will teach the students about the fundamentals of three
locomotor movements.
Assessment administration: The assessment will be administered at the end of the lesson
in the form of an exit slip.
Criteria for evaluation: Students should be able to accurately match at least two out of
three of the locomotor movements with the correct word.
Unacceptable-Zero locomotor movements match the correct word
Acceptable- One of the locomotor movements match the correct word
Target Score- Two of the locomotor movements match the correct word
Off the charts- All of the locomotor movements match the correct word
