Standard Scope
Control Panel:
Engine: Cummins V series, open chamber combustion,
Control panel is manufactured with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet
and is powder coated for weather-proof and long lasting finish.
The control panel consists of the following parts:
turbocharged aftercooled, watercooled engine, 12 cylinder,
4 stroke, rated at 1500 RPM, conforming to ISO 3046 /
BS 5514 has the following specifications:
n Dry type replaceable paper element air cleaner with
restriction indicator
n Stainless steel exhaust flexible connection, residential type
silencer
n Exhaust temperature gauge, watercooled exhaust
n Carburator, ignition timer, ignition tranformer, spark plug,
electronic governor
n Heat exchanger for jacket water cooling and 1 exclusive for
aftercooler water circuit, water pumps for jacket water &
aftercooler circuit, coolant inhibitor
n Shell and tube type lube oil cooler
n Full flow, replaceable element type main and by-pass lube oil
filter
n Ist and IInd stage pressure regulating valves, mechanical
shut off valve, 24 V DC electrical shut off valve, gas filter
n 24 V DC Electric starting motor, battery charging alternator
n Engine instrumentation panel
n Engine protections for high water temperature, low lube oil
pressure, overspeed
n Flywheel housing and flywheel to suit single bearing
alternator
n First fill lube oil
n MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit
protection
n Indicating lamps for "Load On" and "Set Running"
n Voltmeter and Ammeter with selector switch
n Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled
n Aluminium busbars of suitable capacity with incoming and
outgoing termination
