Mr. Lewandowski: Thank you for submitting the above referenced work plan. The Department
of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Oil, Gas and Minerals Division (OGMD), has reviewed the Work
Plan dated April 5, 2017 prepared by Environmental Consulting & Technology, Inc. The
activities proposed in the Work Plan meet our approval with the addition of the following
items:
Collect baseline static water levels prior to biosparging start up.Add monitor wells MW6S, MW-6D, MW-12S and MW-12D to the groundwater monitoring as specified in
Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of the Work Plan.
