Range of usage
1) biologically active complexes (a source of iron).
Adequate level of iron consumption is 15mg.
Recommended dose
1g of silver fir extract contains not less 1,25mg of iron – 8,3 % of the ALC.
The iron content can be increased if needed by adding the natural iron-maltol
complex.
2) functional food with supplementary properties as drinks, syrups, balsams and
concentrates.
Using different introduction doses of the water fraction of carbon dioxide extract
of Siberian silver fir in the final product enables to make drinks both with pleasant pine flavor and beneficial for health. The percentage of preservatives and
stabilizers can be reduced due to the use of the CO2-extract of Siberian silver fir
as well as the safety of final product can be increased.
