Miss Van Winkle’s BLIZZARD BAG 2ND GRADE
DAY 1:
Create a drawing of an activity you chose to do on one of
your snow days! Examples include: Building a Snowman,
Drinking Hot Chocolate, Sledding in the Snow.
There are many activities you can draw!
Students are encouraged to include themselves in the
drawing.
The artwork is preferred to be drawn out first and then
added with color. However, if supplies are low, a pencil
drawing will be fine.
Take your time and not rush! Please make sure to put your
name on the back.
DAY 2:
WINTER LANDSCAPE
Draw what you see out your window with as much detail as
you can. Remember to use depth, foreground, middle
ground and back ground, the objects that are closest to you
have the most details! Please spend at least a half an hour
drawing. TAKE YOUR TIME! Use pencil and add color if you
have colored pencils or crayon
DAY 3:
Using Crayons or Colored Pencils color in the pizza toppings by using only
PRIMARY COLORS (red, yellow, blue) and color the cheese by using one
SECONDARY COLOR (orange, green, purple) and color the crust by using
another SECONDARY COLOR that is different from the color you chose for
the cheese. TAKE YOUR TIME! No white spaces in your colored areas!
