I understand that I have agreed to become a Producer of the
__________________________________________________ RADIO SHOW and understand
the features of the package. I understand that full payment of the 1st month is due before the
airing of my first show. I understand that I am able to upgrade or downgrade my show at any
time before the next 30 days of payment and must give notice of the change via email at least 2
weeks prior to my scheduled payment date. I understand that I am able to cancel my show any
time after the first 60 days of becoming a producer. I understand I must give a 30 day notice via
email before cancelling to allow notification to audiences and for scheduling purposes or a
$25.00 fee will be assessed. I understand that moving forward, producer fees are due between
the 1st and 3rd of the month and will be set as a recurring charge unless advised otherwise. I
understand that if payment arrangements have not been made to pay after the due date
previous to the due date and payment is received late, a late fee of $20 will be assessed and
my show will not air until payment has been made. I understand that I have 1 hour allotted to
complete a commercial drop for my show and any time exceeding that one hour, I will be
responsible for paying directly to the engineer.
I understand that I must call at least 3 to 24 hours in advance to cancel my show and ask for a
replay unless there is an emergency at the last minute. I understand that if I do not call within
the allotted time, I will be responsible for paying the $25 travel and time fee for the engineer
before my next show. I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late for my show and I do
not call to inform the engineer, my show will be subject to a replay for that day as the engineers
are allowed to return home after 15 minutes of waiting for producers to arrive.
I understand that my show is subject to termination during my show or any time after my show
(if I refuse to follow the guidelines of content) without refund in the event I violate the rules or
standards of JHM RADIO to include but not limited to: theft, playing explicit lyrics or profanity,
not adhering to the building’s regulations, jeopardizing the integrity of the station, or causing any
physical harm to others.
I understand that JHM RADIO and its partners are not responsible for any misplaced, missing,
stolen or forgotten items of any kind at any time within the building or outside premises. I
understand that JHM RADIO and its partners are not responsible for any injuries; small or large
as well as any deaths that may occur within the building or outside premises concerning myself,
guests, sponsors or any individual that I bring into the studio. I release JHM RADIO of any and
all liability concerning such things and circumstances and understand it is my responsibility to
look after and secure that which belongs to me and those who accept my invitation.
