Piemonte Design at SuperDesign Show in Milan
Piemonte Design is a group of 7 companies from Piemonte, North-Western Italian region, that
will exhibit from the 12th to the 17th of April at SuperDesign Show (via Tortona 27, Milan), the ideal
location where to find the Italian and international design excellences.
The regional participation in the event is organized as part of Design + Luxury , an integrated
sector-specific project managed by Piemonte Agency, appointed by Piemonte Regional
Government and co-financed by the Development and Cohesion Fund, providing foreign
interlocutors with a preferential channel to get in touch and make business with the regional
excellence in the design, textile and jewellery sectors.
Piemonte Design will be in the Selected Objects section and will portray the theme of the year,
White Pages, a common leitmotiv that aims at imagining and storytelling the future.
Piemonte exhibitors belong to different sectors, but they all share an history of uniqueness and
an exceptional combination of design and craftsmanship. They propose original interior and
exterior furnishings re-thought according to the new smart living and smart city trends. Pottery,
wood, steel, marble, leather, glass, and even ceramic and titanium for the fashion jewellery
collections, are the materials they use: the resulting objects harmoniously combine tradition and
innovation.
During the same days, Piedmontese companies will take part in a b2b meetings programme
with the Brasilian company Arca Conceito (www. arcaconceito.com.br) which is interested in
purchasing and distributing Italian products (home décor and furnishings) on the Brasilian market.

 H Pad - The evolution of the shelf. Can be installed in single or double ( overlapped )
configuration it’ a shelf which can keep warm the objects put over it. Either you put over it a
towel or you put over it a coffee cup in a few minutes You can get it warm and keep it warm.

elements sounds in a product with a technological heart.
 Xilo - A simple wooden board with debarked edges provides support to HOM technology. The

 Panta Rei - The “Pantarei” lamp is an adjustable spotlight. Its pottery base softens upwards
and embraces a sphere where pottery and plexiglass create light-and-shadow effects. A
rotating structure allows the sphere to direct the light; this was conceived by an engeneering
studio in Turin and realised using a 3D printer.

 C3 - Ceramic necklace with a minimal design composed of hollow balls, handcrafted and tied
together by a leather string. The balls of the COSTELLAZIONE SOTTACQUA may be worn as
a pendent or a choker, letting the smaller ball hook to the central bunch. Light and versatile, it
is perfect for every style.
 IHO - Ceramic necklace entirely handcrafted, with a unique design. A precious object, put into
the oven at 1000 degrees, varnished and put into the oven again, painted by hand with a
special pearl glaze, and then put into the oven for the third time at 700 degrees. At this point it
is tied to a special fake leather string, which allows the balls to stop and remain at different
heights, wherever you like them to be. IHO is a Russian doll necklace, which may be worn as a
choker, a simple ball or as floating half-spheres
 C4 - Simple and fine design for the hollow balls, handcrafted and tied together by a leather

 Pantoù - Ceramic necklace with an essential design, PANTOU': a hollow handmade ball with a
leather string 5mm thick. Light and versatile it can be worn with an elegant outfit as well as with
a casual one.
 RD1 - The DNA ring, with its minimal design, is composed of two balls, one smaller one bigger,
with a hand-crafted brass base. The latter disappears when you wear the ring, so that only the
two balls may be seen, as if they were suspended.
