This

high

AviationParts.com Web Application design, development and
deployment of web application. It should be noted that M & L
Services Technologies will provide software application installer
or deployment package and deployment services to the client.
Client should provide the necessary environment setup,
hardware, software, required software license and resources to
M & L Services technology team.

2. Business Requirements
M & L Services team will work with client to gather Requirement,
System Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation
of web Application and providing Post implementation support to
client. Client should provide business process flow to M & L

Services team, M & L Services team should analyze and
transform to web application
2.1 Development
M & L Services team will work on system development upon
receiving client proposal approval. Client should provide
immediate assistance on any business clarification during system
development. This will help to speed up the development
process.
2.2 Testing
Client has to provide a separate testing environment similar to
the production environment for testing purpose. M & L Services
team will conduct testing to make sure product coverage. Client
shall conduct User Acceptance testing in the testing server and
provide approval for production deployment.
2.3 Deployment & Post-Production Support
Client has to provide a production server where the web
application will be hosted. M & L Services team will provide
Installer or Deployment package for web application. The
deployment team will deploy the application in the client
provided environment. After deployment M & L Services team
will provide post production support for two weeks, if any defects
arise from M & L Services deployed code.

4. Development Timeline
Web application development will be completed with in 30 days
from date of proposal acceptance from client. Upon the
acceptance of the proposal, the detailed execution schedule will
be shared to the client. At the M & L Services will ensure to be
on the time line, at the same time it has to be noted that delays
from the client side for any reviews and signoffs will be taken for
count.

5. Project Costing
Total effort involved to develop Web Application –$15,400.00
6. Terms & Conditions
 Any change in the requirement will be treated as scope changes
and formal CR has to be raised by the client. Estimation of effort
estimated will be sent to the client. Upon acceptance, the same
will be developed and released. Please note that there will be
impact in delivery schedule while the CR is raised.
 Work will be started upon formal acceptance through email or
sign off hard copy of this proposal from client.
 Payment Terms
a. On Acceptance of the Proposal - 25%
b. On Deployment - 65%
c. On Post-Production - 10%
 Putting Project on hold at any point will not stop payment as per
the
payment
terms.
Payment
processed
upon
the
above
deliverable will not be refunded
 Project cost estimated without applicable taxes.
 24X7 support will be provided phone, email and chat till the last
day of Post Implementation Support.
