13th October – 15th December 2016, 26th January – 9th March 2017

Women’s A (Competitive), Women’s B (Social-Competitive)
Men’s A (Competitive), Men’s B (Social-Competitive), & Over 35
Mixed A, (Competitive), Mixed B (Social-Competitive)
Entry Fee:
Seniors $300 – Fee MUST accompany the entry form or your team will not be in the draw.
Entries close on Friday 9th October.
Conditions
Of Entry:
1. Entry and entry fee must be received by Friday
2. Each team must have a maximum of 14 players.
3. Team lists must be submitted with entry.
4. All teams must supply a referee.
5. Players must have the same colour tops.
7th October 2016.
Registration: The Club will be open for registrations on Thursday 6th October from 6:30 – 9pm.

Draw:
A draw will be made prior to Round One (13th October) and again prior to the 26th January
Round.
The draw will be sent to each team Contact Person and published on our Club’s Website –
www.timaruoldboys.com The draw WILL NOT be published weekly in the Timaru Herald.
Rules:
A copy of the rules is attached and may also be found on our website.
Referees:
All teams must supply a referee for the game prior to or following their game. Where referees
fail to show, teams will need to supply a referee each for their match.
We are holding a training session for current and prospective referees on the registration night
- Thursday 6th October at 7pm.
Results:
Teams are responsible for ensuring that the result of their matches is communicated to the
Touch Coordinator each evening. Competition points will be updated weekly on our website.
Teams will receive two points for a win and one for a draw. Where teams have made
themselves unavailable or default a game, the opposition will receive the two points. In the
event of a tie a countback system will operate.
1. Results of matches between the two teams. If still tied;
2. Win / loss differential. If still tied, coin toss.
Postponements:
Will be advertised on Port FM, Classic Hits and on our website and Facebook Page.
