League Information (Leagues may fill, get your roster in early)
Fee: $100.00 per team on or before Sunday, April 2
$125.00 per team on or after Monday, April 3
Deadline: 5:00pm, Sunday, April 2
(Registration fee increases after the deadline, teams will only be added in league if there is space available)

Game Days/Times/Locations: Monday - Thursday, 6:30, 7:15, 8:00, 8:45pm, Fort Missoula Bella Vista Field
League Begins: Week of April 10
Format: 5 week league. 7 v 7 - 6 players and a goalie. Co-Rec must have 3 men and 3 women in the field. Goalie may be male or female.
Ages: Adult League 18+ (NO PLAYER UNDER 18 IS ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THIS SOCCER LEAGUE)
Captains Meeting: 6:30pm, Wednesday, April 5 at Fort Missoula Bella Vista Field.
SPORTS DISCLAIMER: Limited space is available in all leagues, team registration is based on first come first serve. Days and times are subject to change; depending on
number of teams some leagues may be combined and/or play on different days. Teams will not be put in any league until full payment is received by Missoula Parks and
Recreation Department. Teams added to any league after the deadline will be charged a higher fee and will only be added if there is space available.
REFUND POLICY: Team entry fees are non refundable and non-transferable. Team entry fees are fully refundable only if Missoula Parks and Recreation cancels a league.
Refunds will be made through the City of Missoula Finance Department payment schedule and is normally a two week process.
NON-ALCOHOL LEAGUES: Alcoholic beverages are not allowed at game locations. This includes before, during and after any Missoula Parks and Recreation adult sports
leagues and/or any programs organized by the Missoula Parks and Recreation department.

DEFINITION OF SKILL LEVEL
Co-Rec A/B & Men’s Divisions: players looking for healthy competition with confident playing ability and/or past college soccer experience.
Women’s Division: players looking for healthy competition with mixed levels of soccer experience (beginner to advanced).
Co-Rec C Division: geared towards personal development rather than team performance and/or competition. For players looking for a low to
moderate level of competition. Players looking to develop their skills are welcome at this level. Current or former college (played in the past 5
years) and high school athletes with varsity experience are NOT allowed to play in the Co-Rec C division.
EMPHASIS IN ALL LEAGUES IS ENJOYMENT OF QUALITY PLAY, EXERCISE, AND BEING WITH FRIENDS

All information is for Missoula Parks and Recreation leagues only. No information will be released to any other organization or person.
WAIVER STATEMENT: We, the undersigned, members of the above team organized under the Parks and Recreation Department recreation
program, in consideration of being given the opportunity of participation in said recreational program, hereby each individually, by signing
below, recognize that certain risks are associated with playing sports and that we each individually assume all risks associated with such sports
activity and hereby release and hold harmless the City of Missoula, Parks and Recreation, and all officials and personnel of the City of Missoula
from liability for any and all injury or damage that may occur as a result of my participation in this recreation program/league. I will accept
first aid and/or CPR in case of injury or emergency. I understand and do not object to use of my photo in City of Missoula/Parks and
Recreation Department promotions.
SPORTSMANSHIP AGREEMENT & CODE OF CONDUCT: The Missoula Parks and Recreation Adult Sports Programs are provided on the
understanding that all players within the league are to behave in a manner that is mature and reflective of good sportsmanship. Missoula
Parks and Recreation philosophy for game play focuses on recreation, a fun environment and good sportsmanship. This agreement is to be
signed and understood by all players, and if not adhered to, will result in dismissal from Parks and Recreation leagues and/or programs, no
refunds.
1. Zero Tolerance Policy: any verbal or physical abuse towards officials, staff or other players will result in ejection from current league
and possible future leagues.
2. No Fighting: any physical altercation during game play will result in the dismissal of all players involved for the remainder of the seaso n
and possible future seasons.
3. Officials decisions are final during game play, disputes and clarification of rules may be addressed by team captain and/or co-captain at
halftime or end of game.
4. Players are expected to be respectful to each other and practice good sportsmanship towards all officials, players, teams, and spectators
within the league.
5. All players must abide by any and all rules stated in sport specific rulings.
6. Penalty for infractions may result in: player/team warning and/or forfeit of game and/or ejection from league and/or banned from City
of Missoula Parks and Recreation sports leagues (see sport specific rule for more info on infractions and penalties).
SPORT FACILITY & GYM RULES:
1. NO alcohol, smoking or tobacco products allowed at sports facilities or inside any gym (no outside food or drinks, clear water o nly).
2. NO children under age 12 may be in gym unless accompanied by a non-playing adult.
3. Please pick up trash, water bottles, clothes, etc. after your game.
4. Damage caused by a player or a team bystander to any sport facility or gym will result in ejection from current league and future
leagues and possible police intervention for destruction of public or private property. Restitution and/or compensation will be required.
5. Team captains are asked to inform their players of these rules in order to ensure future use of District I School gyms & other local gyms.
