GENERAL INFORMATION
• Prom will be held on May 6th
6- 10pm

• Doors close at 7
• You’ll be allowed to leave as early as 9:30
• Prom will be held at the Fuge
• 780 Falcon Cir, Warminster, PA 18974
• Parking is available out front
• Tickets are all-inclusive
• Tables are first come, first serve
• 8-10 people for each table
• Tickets can be bought March 15th – April
15th and no later
STEPS FOR PURCHASING TICKETS
• 1. Get to the CB EAST Website.
• 2. Go to the Class of 2016 Website
• 3. Go to Senior Prom Ticket Page
• 4. Fill out the ticket information (link to google form found on the page)
• 5. Go to Mypaymentsplus.com to complete transaction

• At this point you have successfully, completed the forms, but now you must
actually purchase the tickets. Click the link provided to find directions for
purchase.
• Use the www.MyPaymentsPlus.com link to complete your payment for senior prom. If
you have never created an account, you must first do so.
• Include the proper number of tickets you are purchasing.
• If you are bringing a guest FROM ANOTHER SCHOOL, you need to print out this form
and bring it in, completed to the Senior house office.

• In order to pay, you must go onto www.MyPaymentsPlus.com. All Payments are due Friday April 15th
• If you already have an account, you may login to your pre-existing account to complete the purchase.
• If you do not yet have an account, you must first great one, then login to make a purchase.
• Any fees incurred due to credit card or check cancellations and/or other issues with My Payments Plus are
the obligation of the student.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Tickets are non-transferable and nonrefundable (this includes tickets bought for
guests)
• If you don’t have tickets you will not be going
• All obligations must be met prior to
purchasing tickets
• Ex: Disciplinary, Career Plan, Fines, etc
• Answer survey about song choices on Class
Twitter page
• May 6th is a half day for seniors
• Seniors are served breakfast
• It is required that you attend school that
day or you cannot go to Prom
PROMPOSAL CONTEST
• Send in your Promposals to
[email protected]
by April 15th
• Send them as a YouTube link, the actual
video, pictures with explanation, etc
• Winners will have their tickets fully
reimbursed
• You still need to purchase tickets
beforehand
