Activities Cupboard
We know the space here isn’t huge, so please respect the area so that other people can use it properly!
Here are some tips on keeping the space tidy:
Do’s:









Complete an inventory form and update when new items are added (inventories are found at the
Student Centres desk)
Only let committee members access the Activities Cupboard
Respect the space around you
Put rubbish in the bins provided
Throw away any out of date materials
Only store materials that you cannot take home (large items etc.)
Take home any materials that you do not need to store (small flyers, condoms etc.)
Be careful when accessing the higher shelves
Label your items and keep them in the same area
Dont’s:







Do not consume or leave food, drink and alcohol in the cupboard (any items found in the cupboard
will be removed and disposed of)
Do not store flammable liquids or substances hazardous to health
Do not keep your items in cardboard boxes – please ask the Activities Team if you would like a
clear plastic box
Do not store any personal items in the cupboard
Do not take over another society’s shelf or move their belongings
Try not to store large / heavy items on the top shelves
Don’t leave items on the floor – only use the shelves provided
The Activities Team check the cupboard weekly, if any society is found to not be adhering to the above, we will
issue a 1 strike against your society. If you get 3 strikes, your storage access will be revoked. If you have any
