PROCESS FOR ERS MACHINES
• Dump Unsegregated Waste into the machine
• Boiler will provide necessary heat to the machine at 60-70 deg
Celsius
• Enzymes Present inside the machine which have ability to
reproduce themselves whenever waste in dumped in the machine
(inexhaustible)
• Enzymes react with organic part of waste and converts it into
compost at high temperate.
• Cooling Tower provides the necessary function for drying of the
compost and bringing the same at room temperate
• Dried Compost along with untreated inorganic matter come out
the machine through the outlet
• Inorganic Matter can be separated from the compost using thin
mechanical sieving device.
• Compost being in powdered passes through the sieve and the
inorganic waste stay above which then can be disposed.
