JOAQUIM CARLOS CUNHA CERQUEIRA, APARTADO 102] Task 1 Each work group must do a brief description about the HSW situation in its country. You should answer to questions like the following: What is the general “mentality” of the entrepreneurs about HSW? What is the general mentally of the workers about HSW? What do you think is the main problem in the implementation of HSW? Any other subject you consider relevant… (30 minutes) In the end, each group will make a brief presentation to all the other of its own conclusions. You can use PowerPoint presentations, or any other resources available. (10 minutes) Main aim of the exercise: sharing of experience, find common subjects, etc. Task 2 Each group will make an intervention plan in a company – real or fictitious – witch must be a realist representation of the kind of enterprises with whom each partner will work; the work must based on the following issues: 1. description of the target/enterprise; 2. Design an awareness plan, trying to answer to the following questions: which are the main internal representations (i.e. mentality) that entrepreneurs and workers have about HSW in your country? Are these representations an obstacle to the implementation of HSW? How can you overcome them? To whom should you send the information? What kind of information should be sent to the different targets inside a company? How long should your awareness plan last? What kind of results do you expect? 3. How do you think the training and consultancy strategy should be applied? (60 minutes) In the end, each group will make a brief presentation to all the other of its own conclusions. You can use PowerPoint presentations, or any other resources available, like colour sheets, etc. you can also design your own posters. (15 minutes) Material resources: computer, internet, colour sheets, white A3 sheets, markers; Human resources: all the Inforadapt product designers will be happy to help you during this exercise. You can see them as coaches, or consultants; Main aim of the exercise: outline a plan of action that you can use. Share experience.
