The Lovin' Life 5K Run/Walk will be a trail run/walk through Konehete Park and the beautiful Murphy River
Walk. Registration fee $30
Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 9th, 2017
Check-in begins at 8:00am. Start time for the run/walk is 9am sharp.

from the Hiawassee Valley Pool & Wellness Center, for registration/check-in. Rain or Shine!

~ Register online or mail in registration form to: Abundant Life Church P.O. Box 615 Murphy, NC 28906; or in person at
315 Family Church Rd. Murphy, NC (right across from Tri-County Community College).
~ Registration fee for the 5K is $30, whether running or walking.
~ Children under 10 years of age can run/walk free and get a 5K certificate plus a goody bag!
~ 5K registrants will receive a Lovin' Life T-shirt, sponsor goody bag, & a chance to win some AWESOME prizes, worth over $1000!
There will be a Men's & Women's Grand Prize, 2nd and 3rd place winners; and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place young adults winners.
~ Three hydration stations along the route.
~ Pre or post-race shower facilities available, courtesy of Hiawassee Valley Pool & Wellness Center.
~ To guarantee correct T-shirt size, please ensure your registration is submitted by August 20th.
~ All proceeds & donations will graciously support the Murphy/Andrews Pregnancy & Parenting Center. For more
