Championship, Palmer, Hogan, Nicklaus and Trevino
Cost: $210
Entry includes: Two Green Fees (three if you make the cut), Range Balls, Prize Fund, $30 Mulligan’s Café & Bar Gift Card,
Tee Prize and Closest to the Pin Contest on Saturday and Sunday. Carts (optional) may be rented on day of event.
- Prize fund pays gross in Championship Flight and Gross & Net in all other Flights.
- Deadline for Registration and Cancellation is Monday May 22nd, 2017 at 5:00 pm

Participants will play to their 12 month Low H.I. from May 15th revisions. Players who do not have an official Index or do
not meet requirements may compete based on Tournament Committee approval. U.S.G.A. Rules of Golf and Local Rules
govern all play.
Championship Flight:
All players must have a 5.0 index or lower to participate. There are no age requirements. This flight will be contested over 54 – holes with all competitors competing
at scratch. There will be a cut after the first 36 holes with lowest 30% plus ties playing on Monday. In the event of a tie for first place there will be a sudden death
playoff starting on the first hole. All other ties will be split.
Handicap Flights:
All players must have a 2.1 – 16.0 12 month low H.I. to participate (16.0 maximum index applied). These flights will be according to 12 month low H.I. from May 15th
2017 revisions. The flights will be arranged so we have four competitive flights of 16 – 24 players depending on entries. There will be a cut after the first 36 holes with
lowest 30% plus ties playing on Monday. Players will play at scratch if there is no GHIN # on the application. In the event of a tie for first place there will be a
recommended U.S.G.A. score card playoff.
