Acting on behalf of Wilson Bowden Developments, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor confirm the
further letting of high quality new build substantial warehouse and production space
at Blenheim Park, Wilson Bowden Developments’ prime Nottingham scheme set close to
J26 of the M1 motorway.
A further deal concluded now sees over 25,000ft² of speculatively constructed space
occupied for the next 10 years.
Tim Gilbertson BSc (Hons) MRICS, Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, confirmed that
the deal sees the relocation and expansion of Falcon Panel Products Limited to this
prime new base following their continued success and expansion.
Tim Gilbertson who dealt with the letting commented: -
“It was a pleasure to deal with both landlord and tenant alike in this transaction
which sees mutual benefit, with Wilson Bowden having a further 25,000ft² of

speculatively constructed space let and Falcon Panel Products securing a prime
opportunity to aid their continued expansion.
Some 3 or 4 years previously, I had acquired on behalf of Falcon Panel Products their
current base on Glaisdale Parkway following their acquisition of another Nottingham
based company.
Such has been the success of their Nottingham operation which serves the Midlands that
they have quickly outgrown this unit and approached me to discuss potential property
solutions.
I was obviously delighted to point them in the direction of Blenheim Park and
subsequently agreed for them to take over 25,000ft² of new build space.
Whilst it was a pleasure to let this building to them, it is proving equally fruitful with
the continuation of our work on their behalf seeing us now place under offer their
current Nottingham unit of over 15,000ft² and we very much hope that we will be able
to push this deal through to a swift conclusion also.
Despite some of the doom and gloom warnings in the local and national press regarding
commercial property, interest in Blenheim Park remains strong with ongoing detailed
discussions on further substantial speculatively constructed units”.
